Broken Foot Supposedly Causes Celebrity to Fail Sobriety Test

broken footPolice reports indicate Justin Bieber’s performance on several recent sobriety tests say that he told officers he has a foot injury. This injury, Bieber claims, prevented him from passing the line test. Bieber’s injury is reportedly a hairline fracture in his right foot that resulted from a skateboarding injury three months ago.

Additionally, it needs to be noted that the report also describes Bieber as being “agitated and condescending”, making use of frequent profanity when brought to the police station. Also, Bieber’s injury was not mentioned or even noticed after the test was given according to the report.  This raises questions on the validity of Bieber’s excuse.

Even if it’s not an excuse for everything, a broken foot can affect just about anyone. If you or a loved one sustained a broken foot, come see podiatrist Dr. Jeffrey Conforti of New Jersey. Dr. Conforti can address your broken foot’s needs with care and professionalism.

Broken Foot Causes, Symptoms, and Treatment

A broken foot is caused by one of the bones in the foot ‘breaking’, or fracturing. Bones typically break when the bone is bended, crushed, or stretched beyond its natural capabilities. Usually the location of the fracture indicates how the break occurred, whether it was through an object, fall, or any other type of injury.

Common Symptoms of Broken Feet:

· Bruising
· Pain
· Redness
· Swelling
· Blue (foot)
· Numbness
· Cold
· Misshapen
· Cuts
· Deformities

Those who are experiencing any of these symptoms, or suspect that they have a broken foot, should seek medical attention in a center where x-rays can be performed. This is especially urgent if any of the symptoms include numbness, blue coloring, cold feet, cuts, misshapen toes or deformities as these indicate more severe cases.
